On December 22, Minebea was selected as one of the "300 Small and Medium Enterprises" for fiscal year 2021, and attended the award ceremony held at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on the same day as one of the representative companies, and was presented with a certificate of commendation by Minister Koichi Hagioda, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
The "300 Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in Japan" are selected for their outstanding efforts in the areas of innovative product and service development, regional economic revitalization, and utilization of diverse human resources. The award will be given in three areas: productivity improvement, demand acquisition, and human resource development.
