Our food shopping site "Kyushu Oyakase Honpo" has started selling "Blissful Fruit Daifuku" (set of 8 pieces), which is made by flash freezing fresh fruits at minus 30 degrees Celsius.
Under thorough quality control, the four fruits of the four seasons (strawberries, pineapple, mango, and grapes) are flash-frozen at -30°C to preserve their freshness and wrapped in a soft and chewy dough. The strawberries are "Hakata Amaou," a brand from Fukuoka, Kyushu.
