Press Release] Registered with "Tomonin," a program that supports the balancing of work and nursing care

We are pleased to announce the completion of new registration of "TOMONIN", an initiative to support the balancing of work and nursing care.
TOMONIN" is a symbol mark created by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to indicate that companies are working to promote a workplace environment that allows people to balance work and nursing care in order to prevent nursing care leavers from leaving their jobs.

Recently, there has been an increase in the number of care leavers who quit their jobs to care for family members. In many cases, workers facing nursing care leave are the core human resources of their companies. Creating a work environment that allows them to balance work and nursing care and preventing them from leaving their jobs is an important issue for the sustainable development of a company.

We will continue our efforts to create a comfortable work environment to improve the satisfaction of each and every one of our employees.
