Recognized as one of the "Excellent Health Management Corporations 2023 (Bright 500)" for the second consecutive year

On March 9, 2012, for the second consecutive year, Minebea was recognized as one of the "Bright 500" in the "Small and Medium-Sized Corporations" category of the "Excellent Health Management Corporations 2023" jointly conducted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Japan Health Council.

The Certification System for Excellent Corporations for Health Management is a system to recognize corporations, including large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises, that practice particularly excellent health management, based on their efforts to address local health issues and the promotion of health promoted by the Japan Health Council.

This year marks the seventh time that the program has been awarded to 14,012 corporations in the small- and medium-sized corporations category, and for the second year in a row, Minebea has been recognized as a "Bright 500" company, a distinction given to the top-ranking corporations.

Once certified as a "Corporation with Excellent Health Management", the company will receive social recognition from employees, job seekers, related companies, and financial institutions as a corporation that considers employee health management from a managerial perspective and strategically addresses the issue.
