Kyushu O-okayori Honpo, a food shopping site operated by our company, has begun accepting reservations for ”Fruit Cheese Cake” (manufacturer: Okawa Sansen), a luxurious compote of "fresh" seasonal fruits from Saga Prefecture, in a limited package for Mother's Day. The package is available only for Mother's Day.

 

Cheese cakes made with fresh fruit produced by three generations of Okawa pear farmers in Imari City, Saga Prefecture, were created with the idea that even substandard fruit can be enjoyed. The combination of compote and rare cheese is exquisite, as the fruit's original gentle sweetness is maximized and the texture and taste of the fruit is not compromised.
