Press Release] "Fukuoka Prefecture Registered as a Company Declaring its Support for Nursing Care

In order to help our employees balance work and nursing care, we have registered as a "Fukuoka Prefecture Nursing Care Support Declaration Company.
The "Nursing Care Support Declaration Company" is a system under which the top management of a company or office declares its specific efforts to support a balance between work and nursing care, and the prefectural government registers the company as a "Nursing Care Support Declaration Company.

We declare the following
z We have established a unique system that grants nursing care leave in excess of the legally stipulated number of days (7 days per person per year, 14 days for two or more persons), two of which are special paid vacations, to share information with employees and promote the use of leave.
0Understand employees who are providing nursing care through interviews, etc., and create an environment in which it is easy to consult with them.
0Flexibility to change working hours and employment status to suit the employee's circumstances.
0Establish regular information exchange with employees during nursing care leave and communicate with them to ease their anxiety about returning to work.
