Participated in "Career Talk Live" hosted by Fukuoka Prefecture

On September 10, an employee from our Inside Sales Section appeared as a role model at "Career Talk Live," an event for high school students hosted by Fukuoka Prefecture at Omuta Kita High School (Omuta City, Fukuoka Prefecture).

This event was held at three high schools in the prefecture with the goal of providing high school students with an opportunity to think about their future careers by having women active in diverse fields talk about their experiences. On the day of the event, approximately 200 students participated at the venue or online from their respective classrooms.

At the event, five women from different industries took the stage to talk and answer questions from the students. The participating high school students asked questions such as, "What made you choose this job?" What should I learn in high school? If you were born again, would you still choose your current job? The students asked many sharp questions because they are thinking seriously about their future.

We will continue to support the career development of the younger generation and strive to create a workplace environment in which all employees can play an active role.
