Eguchi Seika was originally a B-to-B confectionery manufacturer engaged in the production and wholesale of desserts for hotels, karaoke bars, and taverns, and had developed its own brand, "LOHAS LAND.
However, after orders from restaurants declined sharply due to the Corona disaster, the company focused on direct sales of its own brand.
Among them, "Basque Cheesecake," which incorporates the authentic Spanish process, became a hit,Direct-to-consumer sales business, centered on mail-order sales, takes off.
Now we have expanded our product lineup and have a stable business throughout the year.
In 2018, we began ordering gift cases for some of our products and the seals we use from Marushin, and in 2020, in the wake of the new coronavirus infection, the then plant manager asked us to strengthen our direct sales business.

This success prompted Eguchi Seika to expand its mail-order offerings. In addition to gift cases and stickers, the company also received many requests for materials such as pasted boxes and message cards.
Basque cheese cake has become a popular product not only for Mother's Day but also as a year-round product at the Kyushu Oyakata Honpo, and at the same time has grown to become a mainstay product at the Eguchi Confectionery LOHAS Factory.
