The child poverty rate in Japan is said to be 13.51 TP3T, and especially among single-parent households, the poverty rate rises to 48.11 TP3T (*). We are committed to eliminating poverty in our communities. *From the 2018 Basic Survey of National Living Standards, Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare

Generally, when a child becomes ill, it is not possible to leave the child at daycare, and for single parents on part-time contracts, their income also decreases during that time, making it easy for them to fall into a vicious cycle of poverty.
With the aim of alleviating these poverty issues, we opened a corporate-led daycare center in November 2018 that offers care for sick children and English-language education. We are creating a work environment where households raising children, including single parents, can leave their children with peace of mind and work with peace of mind.

The nonprofit organization "My Dream and My Dream" provides support for children from economically disadvantaged families, such as single-mother households and children from other disadvantaged families, in order to enable them to have bright dreams without losing educational opportunities, including high school and daily life.
In addition to operating a free cram school for junior high school students to help all children from needy families enter high school, the company also provides meals and conducts a wide range of activities to educate students about greetings, honorifics, and organization, which are important not only for studying but also for being a human being.
We support this activity through donations to this organization.

We collect food that can still be eaten but is no longer needed from our employees, mainly from our head office, and regularly donate it to Bon Appetit, which operates a children's cafeteria. In addition to food, we also provide seasonal donations of clothes, toys, school bags, stationery, etc. We also act as an intermediary for support from our business partners who have endorsed our efforts.
We will continue to support children's cafeterias to help alleviate poverty in the community.

We are working to reform the way we work, including improving the workplace environment so that employees can value not only their work but also their family and private life. We have established a system that allows employees to balance work and child rearing by promoting the use of company-operated nursery schools and maternity leave, and we aim to create a work environment in which everyone can play an active role, taking into consideration the circumstances of each employee.
