Our customer training program was introduced in the November 2018 issue of Nikkei Top Leader magazine as "Profitable Training Effective Training".

The "Customer Training" and "Exchange Programs" were featured in the report, which are designed to foster the ability to recognize dissatisfaction and true feelings by working together with customers at their sites to see how their products are being used.
