Speaker at "Dads on Childcare Leave Seminar" hosted by Kitakyushu City

On June 21, two employees from our Kitakyushu Sales Office spoke at the "[Dad Childcare Leave] Seminar: The Realities of Working and Raising a Child" held in Kitakyushu City.

This seminar was held to promote male childcare leave at companies in the city based on Kitakyushu City's "Papa Maternity Leave Support Project," and was open to fathers and mothers interested in taking childcare leave, as well as human resources staff and managers of companies wishing to promote male childcare leave.

Our employees were guest speakers at the "Part 2" session, "Real-life stories from companies in the city! He spoke about his own experiences in balancing work and childcare, and also introduced his own efforts in the workplace from the standpoint of a company that supports employees taking childcare leave.

We will continue to actively work toward creating a workplace where employees can balance work and child rearing.
