A twist on hand-applied labels improves efficiency!

A customer consulted us about a "very difficult and troublesome manual application process" when applying label stickers to private products (bottles).

The customer was unable to apply labels automatically like a labeler, so he had to apply them by sight. It takes time to get used to the process, and if the labels are not applied correctly, they are wasted on peeling.

So, after much agonizing, we proposed to make a label starting from the bottom of the bottle.

The bottom position is considered to be zero, and how many centimeters up from there the label is to be affixed is confirmed. The distance from the bottom to the label is only the sticker base (separator), and each sheet is delivered cut. The position of the label can now be determined.

In addition, two slits were made in the sticker base so that only the center portion could be applied first, and the left and right sides could be peeled off separately later. The customer was very pleased with the efficiency of the work.
