Last month we launched our own on-demand media dedicated to recruitment.

We have just launched the site and it is still incomplete, but we would like to constantly update it with new information. I believe that web media is a way to start small and steadily increase the content and grow it to a large scale. A major consulting firm also recommends that its clients launch and operate a recruitment owned media as their most important recruitment policy from now on.

From the applicant's point of view, he/she inevitably does not know the true nature of the company until he/she joins the company.
On the other hand, I believe that it is not only the employers who want to eliminate information asymmetry and prevent mismatches, but also the applicants themselves.
