I hope that the fresh, new spring air has brought you renewed resolutions. Thank you very much for your warm patronage in the past year. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The horse (午), located in the center of the twelve signs of the Chinese zodiac, is a symbol of going straight and strong toward one's goals. We at Marushin will ride the momentum of this year of the horse and aim to make even greater strides, but we believe that the driving force behind this will always be our sincere and unwavering belief in being of service to our customers and making a contribution.

We at Marushin have been evolving the "useful management" that we advocate from yesterday to today and from today to tomorrow, albeit at a slow but sure pace. This is our determination to evolve into a model of "co-creation" in which we are not merely a "supplier" of packaging and packaging materials, but are deeply involved with our customers as "teammates" to help them succeed in their business.

We believe that this "co-creation" is the true form of "human harmony.

In addition to sales and factory employees, Marushin has a wide variety of employees who join us to focus on the problems of our customers. We have designers, directors, photographers, subsidy specialists, food sanitation experts, experienced food exporters, and more. We will continue to add people with various "skills" to our team.

　However, in order for them to realize their true potential, it is only natural that co-creation with internal employees is necessary, and furthermore, I believe that "co-creation with customers" is even more important.

We will make "harmony among people" the source of our competitiveness, and through "co-creation" with our customers, we will make this a year of strong growth.
