Sanpo-yoshi Communication
As of this March, we have entered our 59th fiscal year. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who continue to trust us and do business with us. Once again, we would like to express our deepest and most sincere gratitude to all of you.
It has not been an easy road over the past 59 years. What we have felt throughout this journey is that when a company takes on the challenge of the future, there is always an unspeakable sense of loneliness, and courage is required to carry out the challenge.
When we published the first issue of this "Sanpo-yoshi Tsushin" more than 20 years ago, we were afraid of the reaction of our customers.
Nights spent fretting over the development of new products. The struggle to pass on a business you have carefully nurtured to the next generation. Or the daily struggle to steer the ship amidst the headwinds of skyrocketing raw material costs and labor shortages. The pressure that executives and front-line managers are under is so deep and heavy that it is sometimes invisible to those around them.
I wonder if I'm making the right decision, or if I'm spinning my wheels all by myself.
The moment when such anxieties suddenly cross your mind. I, for example, am always worried. Our mission is to "Challenge the future and accompany our customers in their challenges.
Accompaniment" here does not mean simply delivering packaging materials and packages as ordered. It is a pledge to sympathize with our customers' problems and hesitations, and to be there running beside them with the same goal in mind. Challenges are always accompanied by anxiety, but I believe that just by having someone next to you with experience and understanding, the challenge will not be "lonely.
Now in its 59th year, Marushin, with sincere presumption, has evolved far beyond its former boundaries as a packaging and printing company to become an organization with multifaceted solutions such as mail-order assistance, recruitment support, web production, subsidies, and more. However, no matter how much we have progressed, what lies at the heart of our business is our sincere, if muddled, desire to "solve our customers' problems together.
Please use Marushin, now in its 59th year, as a "member of your team" and let it be used to its fullest. Can I talk to you about something like this?" A single word of "I'm thinking of doing something like this" is a seed that we want to think about together. We want to be there with our clients when they are challenging themselves and sweating. We want to be there with our customers as they struggle to create new value. That is our sincere wish.
We know that you are going through a period of rapid change, but Marushin will always be there beside you. We are ready to continue to accompany you until the day when your challenges come to fruition and you can celebrate with a smile and say, "I am glad we did it.
In the 59th term, all of us will continue to move forward humbly and passionately with the joy of working together with you. We look forward to your continued guidance and encouragement during this term.
