However, since there are many labeling items that are in the gray zone, the Consumer Affairs Agency has released "Guidelines for Labeling of Food Additives as Non-Use Food Additives" on March 30, 2022. In this seminar, food additive labeling will be explained in detail in accordance with the guidelines, which will be in effect from April 1, 2024, after a grace period until March 2024.
