In this two-part seminar, we will discuss the methods necessary to secure human resources and how to improve the retention rate of new employees, with a focus on recruitment for small and medium-sized companies.

In the first half of the presentation, we will discuss Glocal, Inc. which provides management consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.  Mr. Michito Asano, Representative Director, will talk about the unique recruiting methods of small and medium-sized companies, which are different from those of large companies.

In the latter half of the session, Mr. Tsuda, who is in charge of recruiting at Marushin Group, the sponsor of the event, will provide an overview of Indeed's new "IndeedPLUS" service released in January of this year and explain how to use it effectively.
