This seminar is a mini-seminar to quickly learn about and prepare for the "Subsidy for Accelerating Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises" for which the first public call for applications is scheduled to be released in late March 2025.

This new grant focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are particularly growth-oriented. By supporting capital investment and wage increases for companies aiming for sales of 10 billion yen, the grant aims to accelerate corporate growth and revitalize the Japanese economy as a whole.

Although an investment of at least 100 million yen is required, the maximum subsidy amount of 500 million yen is sure to be a big boost for small and medium-sized companies struggling to grow.

Newly Established in 2025! Explanation of the SME Growth Acceleration Grant!

The "SME Growth Acceleration Subsidy" is a new subsidy program that will start in FY2025.
Focusing on growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the program is aimed at SMEs aiming for dramatic growth to 10 billion yen in sales.
We will briefly explain whether your company is applicable and how you should prepare in advance, and plan to have a 10-minute Q&A session at the end of the session.
A second seminar will be held on Friday, April 25, to explain the information more clearly after the release of the public application guidelines.

0 Maximum subsidy amount is 500 million yen (1/2 subsidy rate)
The subsidy covers buildings, machinery and equipment, software, professional expenses, and subcontracting expenses.
